Evans Joseph experienced pitmaster, knows Louisiana smoke Specialty Prime Cut meat. Cabrinas sources the best Prime beef ribs, Briskets and Steaks which they smoke for over 12 hours using slow burning various wood, giving the meat a deep smoky flavor that the many many can’t match.
